Deacon Denis LaCroix with St. Joseph Catholic Church will conduct the funeral services. Survivors include her three children, Kailey Denise Futch, Kanan Dwayne Futch and fiancé' Alicia Sigala, Kaysha Danielle Lege, four grandchildren, Jersey Hebert, Karter Futch, Kolton Futch, Rhemi Futch, father, Keith Lopez and spouse Mona Guidry Lopez, maternal grandfather, Russell LeBlanc, paternal grandmother, Gloria Lopez, brother, Joshua Leger, two sisters, Amy Lopez, Kasie Smith and spouse Shane Smith, three step siblings, Jerry Thomas, Gerald Thomas, Jamie Thomas. She was preceded in death by mother, Donna LeBlanc Thomas, maternal grandmother, Marion Domingue LeBlanc.
