Inurnment will be held at a later date. Deacon Denis LaCroix will conduct the funeral service. Survivors include his daughter, Elizabeth Freeman, son, Derrick Freeman, and spouse Angel, three brothers, Russell Freeman, Jr., Cecil Freeman, Sr. and spouse Melissa, and Ronald Freeman, four grandchildren, Chance Freeman, Blaine Freeman, Bryson Mire, Alyssa Mire, the mother of his children, Linn Leger. He was preceded in death by his father, Russell Freeman, Sr., mother, Gladys Navarre Freeman, and grandchild, Remi Freeman.
