Hilda Bollich Robichaux Rayne, LA - A Mass of Christian Burial for Hilda Bollich Robichaux, 95, of Rayne will be celebrated on Monday, August 31, 2015 at 1:00 P.M. in St. Joseph Catholic Church, Rayne. Father Samuel Fontana, Associate Pastor of St. Joseph Catholic Church, will serve as celebrant. Interment will follow in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery No. 2, Rayne. Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 30, 2015, from 2:00 P.M. until 10:00 P.M. in Gossen Funeral Home, Rayne, with a rosary being recited at 7:00 P.M. Visitation will continue on Monday from 8:00 A.M. until 12:30 P.M. in the funeral home. Mrs. Robichaux passed away on Friday, August 28, 2015 at 1:12 P.M. in a Crowley health care facility. A native and lifelong resident of Acadia Parish, Mrs. Robichaux was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. Her greatest joy in life was caring for and spending time with her family. Survivors include sons, Francis Robichaux, Jr. and wife, Debbie of Rayne, Alvin Robichaux and wife, Lydia of Lafayette, and Bryan Robichaux of Rayne; daughters, Diane Broussard and husband, David, Sr. of Rayne, Brenda Maggard and husband, Doyle of Gainesville, TX, Melba Spencer and husband, Howard of Peachtree City, GA, Lorraine Kostic and husband, Terry of Sunset, Donna Royer and husband, Don of Carencro, Sandra Robichaux of Rayne, and Sharon Robichaux and partner, Karry Pack of Rayne; 15 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren. Mrs. Robichaux is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Preceding Mrs. Robichaux in death were her husband, Francis Robichaux, Sr.; parents, William and Regina Hensgens Bollich; sisters, Regina Bollich, Helen Robichaux, Marie Zaunbrecher, Rosalie Olinger, Rosa Leonards, and Leona Zaunbrecher; and brothers, Joseph Bollich, Willie Bollich, Nick Bollich, and Pete Bollich. Serving as pallbearers are David Broussard, Jr., Edward Broussard, Kenny Maggard, Stephen Robichaux, Jordan HeLal, Logan HeLal, and Chance Maggard. Named as honorary pallbearers are Francis Robichaux, Jr., Alvin Robichaux, Bryan Robichaux, Doyle Maggard, David Broussard, Sr., Terry Kostic, Jarred Daigle, Howard Spencer, Connor Moore, Don Royer, Stephen Leonards, Elridge Bollich, and Wayne Olinger.
