Elizabeth Magdalene "Betty" Thevis Reiners Branch, LA - Funeral services will be held on Monday, February 20, 2023 at a 10:00 am Mass of Christian Burial at St. Leo IV Catholic Church in Rayne for Elizabeth Magdalene "Betty" Thevis Reiners, 80, who died Friday, February 17, 2023 at Ochsner American Legion Hospital in Jennings, LA. Interment will be in the St. Leo IV Cemetery in Roberts Cove, LA. Rev Paul Broussard, Pastor of St. Leo IV Catholic Church will be the Celebrant of the Funeral Mass and will conduct the funeral services. Readers for the mass will be granddaughter, Simone Thibodeaux and godchild, Carl Cramer. Survivors include three children, William Reiners, Jr. and spouse Kathy Reiners, Darlene Reiners Dupre and spouse Kenny Dupie, Julie Reiners Thibodeaux and spouse Darrin, nine grandchildren, Cassandra Reiners Powell and spouse Cody Powell, Courtney Reiners, Elizabeth Abshire Thibodeaux and spouse Nick Thibodeaux, Koty Kirsch and companion Lauren Reed, Kurt Kirsch, Simone Thibodeaux Adams, Derrick Thibodeaux and spouse Chelsey Thibodeaux, Seline Thibodeaux Huval and spouse Nick Huval, Ashley Thibodeaux and companion Mitch Richard, seventeen great grandchildren, Ryan, Ava, Gabe, Maverick, Kayden, Jaxson, Kameron, Kaeson, Nury, Michael, Emmett, Janie, Lilly, Lila, Thomas, Noah, Adeline, two step grandchildren, Bailey and Kadence, one sister, Marie Louise Thevis Berken, one sister in law, Theresa Richard Thevis, numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Reiners, Sr., two sons, Donald Reiners and Dale Reiners father, Peter Jacob Thevis, mother, Veronica Reiners Thevis, one brother, Wilbert Thevis, Sr., one sister, Katheleen Thevis Hoffpauir and spouse Glynn Hoffpauir, brother in law, Vincent Berken. Pallbearers will be Koty Kirsch, Kurt Kirsch, Derrick Thibodeaux, Mitch Richard, Nick Huval, Cody Powell, Nick Thibodeaux.
